Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return (including but not limited to):
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with visible signs of use
- Opened media (CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette, vinyl)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Late or missing refunds

- Contact your bank—processing delays may occur.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale/discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email hello@smartcashiermy.com and send your item to the return address below.
Gifts
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. After the return is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
- If not marked as a gift (or shipped to the purchaser), refunds go to the original purchaser.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable; if a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted.
- For high-value items, use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
